1. Introduction

Welcome to 288win ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and 288win regarding your access to and use of the 288win website located at https://288win.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 288win, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 288win. Opening duplicate, secondary, or "ghost" accounts — whether in your own name or using the name of another person — is a material breach of these Terms. 288win employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and other technical measures to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are found, 288win reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. 288win is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate details. Any changes to your personal information must be promptly updated through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 288win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 288win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

288win may, at any time, require you to provide identity verification documentation including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 288win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288win does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC, subject to availability and applicable limits.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 per transaction.
• All deposit methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.
• 288win does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 288win account balance upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
• 288win reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• 288win targets same-day processing for most withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements still in progress must be settled before a withdrawal can be approved.
• 288win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC documentation, before funds are released.
• In cases where 288win reasonably suspects fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

288win offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms will be presented to you at the time the bonus offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type. For example, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

288win takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing opposing bets (known as "hedge betting" or "arbitrage") to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Using any automated software, bot, or script in connection with bonus play.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 288win are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed on the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 288win does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed on each market. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 288win's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, 288win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• 288win reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• For cricket betting, including PSL, international T20s, and domestic matches, 288win follows standard cricket betting industry rules. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and abandoned matches are governed by the rules posted on the Cricket betting page.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 288win and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Using any software, device, algorithm, or strategy designed to provide an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, and automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in connection with any event offered on 288win.
• Attempting to launder money or finance any unlawful activity through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 288win staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to 288win immediately.

9. Responsible Gaming

288win is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never a financial solution or compulsive habit. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 288win Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of 288win or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the Platform without 288win's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288win, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

288win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 288win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

288win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity is connected to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose 288win to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information at any point.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules before the account is closed.

13. Amendments to These Terms

288win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 288win will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, registered players will be notified via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 288win's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

288win will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be applicable under the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 288win's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
